Further to my post about a good pair of cheap headphones; does anyone out there happen to know whether Icon Audio's amplifiers use the main set of valves for powering their headphones or do they use a set of cheap and nasty op-amps...? I know that there is a headphone switch on the front panel which switches out the speakers but does it use the main ECC82 and ECC83 and of course the EL84's...??? Thanks in advance.
