Know what you mean, but also explains why people like high end vinyl replay :)
Very nice. Is that Avondale arm a good performer, and is it from some kind of limited production? I could not find anything on this on their web site.
YouTube is not very high resolution you know.
I believe the arm is a prototype.

Yes the arm is in prototype form at the mo. Very good arm indeed. Suits mid to low compliance carts a treat. There is also a 9" version available.
Let me know if anyone is interested in these.

Nice arm/table/cart combo; but... ...ummmmm... that bird video is freakin' cool !!! Who says man and nature can't get along !?!? Major props for having a heart. :)
Oh, and how do you get on with the Hawthorne's?

The Hawthorn speakers are fantastic, Dom is having some slate baffles made for them and a new slate surround in the new year, but we are still working on the design, but they sound really good. I am no expert, but they are very good in all ranges and they work extremely well with the Apollo valve amps. Dom, will be able to give you more details about the sound than I can, but at the moment he is fixing cartridges, yes 11pm and he is repairing cartridges:rolleyes:

...chuckle, chuckle, chuckle... :) You wouldn't be crackin' the whip on him, now would you? ;) The man's gotta sleep sometime.

It is a beautiful turntable. I was actually joking about you tube because I only hear the music from my crappy laptop. Damn Americans and their humor! :D
