Svetlana 572-3 replacements in Cary Amps ?

I'm just popping off an e-mail to Cary to get the lowdown but thought someone here may already know the answer to this :

I have a pair of cary 572SE Sig monoblocks and the Svetlana 572-3 valves are now getting in short supply and I have heard that Cary offer a modification to use alternate valves. I suspect that they will be 300Bs but does anyone know for sure ?

Just curious if Cary responded to you.

I was guessing it would be a KT88 suggestion from them since your amps are very similar in looks to my CAD 50 MK II monoblocs.

I'd be interested in hearing that their answer was to your question.
