I've been told off for not posting here before adding, what I thought, was some important info to a thread.

So, hello:)

We are Henley Designs, distributors of many things glorious in HiFi.
Based in Didcot (well someone has to be) with a passion for trying to please. If you are grumpy with us, for whatever reason, please tell us and we'll try to fix it. If we can't help then at least it will give us a tale to share over a beer on a Saturday night, about the customer with outrageous demands........;)

Answering for Laurence, yes Ralph is and he is in my opinion without any shadow of a doubt one of the nicest reps I ever bet during my very many years in the trade. He is a gentleman and very knowledgeable about all things audio. I have spent numerous hours over the years chatting with him about audio and music and other things.

Get him to join Laurence, go on......
