Great forum.
I recently purchased a Technics 1200 mk II and found this place via that connection.
I'm a classical fan, but also a bit of jazz and rock.
I'm currently breaking in a new pair of Harbeth Compact 7s, running tube gear and Arcam CD players (7SE and 92). Will post pics when I figure out how to do that (yes, I've read the instructions and I don't get it as I'm technologically challenged, which is also why I can't figure out computer audio).
I have three other stereos that I need to sell off to fund a purchase of an new integrated; these include Arcam, Magnepan, and other gear/kit.
As I type these words I'm listening to Furtwangler's Bruckner 9 on Music and Arts CD and wishing I was on holiday in Scotland, where my chid attends uni.
I've recently become a big soccer fan (Liverpool, yeah?) and it has helped pass the time during our miserable winters, when I can't enjoy my other obsession (GOLF!).
