What oil for Technics SL1200?

I've searched for this but haven't been able to find it on here so apologies if this has been asked / answered before. Do you have to use the Technics oil (part no. SFWO 010) for lubrication or is there a suitable alternative?

Thanks both. Have ordered the audio origami item from divine audio on ebay, worked out slightly cheaper than ordering it from audio origami themselves!
