I picked up a great example of this semi-automatic mid 1970's TT a while back and have just begun to have a look at it today. Its identical to this one:

Anyhow, seems reassuringly solidly built. I haven't tried it yet as the auto arm mechanism appears to be not working properly (paid very little for the unit so no concern really). Seems from a bit of research, it may just need disassembled, cleaned and regreased.

Has anyone any advice for me - it is worth tweaking this TT at all - anyone experience of one?

My main TT is an LP12, but this does interest me. Came with a 'Nuway NS88" cartridge BTW, in unknown condition - can't find much about this on the web.

Many thanks,
TD

No experience David but certainly worth a twiddle if you didn't pay much for it, you never know it could be an SL1200 beater!
