One of the two SL1200s I won on ebay now fitted with a little used Ortofon VMS20E from a Luxman that stopped working (now in the loft, don't know why I'm keeping it )

and some bedroom boxes, seeing all the tape decks still in use on here prompted me to reintroduce the Pioneer into this system - you can play both sides of the tape without taking it out. I also have a reel to reel that's still round Mum's - watch this space ;)

I love it Roy - we're clearly a bad influence on you! (Don't worry - happens to all the fellow inmates and it will only get worse! :D)

I spend a reasonable amount of time in London Road, as the company I work for has an office there with a large number of the IT team based there. We have some good Christmas does, I must say (Greyhound racing last year, which was a laugh.) Some of the pubs I've stumbled into have been a little intimidating though!

Yes, you're wise to be in a crowd if you're out and about in Romford after dark, chucking out time near the station where a lot of the bars are can be especially entertaining! :fence:

Not as good as some I've seen on here but good to see there was still a point on the needle (and what looks suspiciously like a pube)
