Wanted: Mono catridge/headshell - anything out there? (SPU?)

I have another project bubbling up alongside my 'active Tannoys' project ... so

Before I splurge on a new one from HK or Japan, anyone got a decent mono cartridge?

Preference is an SPU but will look at anything in the mono patch whether 0.7 or 1 micron stylus profile.

I bought a Rega 78 some years ago for £20 as I wanted the arm and platter. Now what did I do with the cartridge......

I'll have a think.

Edit. It may be in the Rega Super Bias box. Is it any good for you?

Could be useful to have '78 (the deck does play 78s) but the main reqt is for mono LPs

but yes I am interested, could be quite fun!
