I joined this a while ago but even after going through authentication process it still told me I could not post so I lost interest. I generally hate forums and this experience hasn't helped!

My system is bi-amped using the miniDSP/miniDIGI as the crossover and DAC. Sources are all digital; Squeezebox Touch streaming FLACs from the PC, a Freesat HD box and an Oppo BD-95. I have a World Audio valve amp for the treble, a NAD power amp for the bass and the speakers are based on the Wilmslow Vogue design but enlarged to 40l. Interconnects I made myself, from some good quality foil+braid coax and digital interconnects are from BlueJeans.

I been thinking about going down the mini DSP route myself and using all Tamps but yet to hear what the Mini DSP can do to know if its worth while (its something I would have to hear first before deciding as such a big set up change)

How do you find the Oppo - is that the one that also plays SACDs? Also, how do you set your amp levels? I used to run a Leak Stereo 20 for treble and Croft 4S for bass and they just happily had the same gain and worked well together.

Good to see some Digital Signal Processing here at AoS rather than the more traditional Record Player and amp approach.
Great choice of drive units btw. I’m a bit of a ScanSpeak fan having used their drivers for a number of projects over the years.
