Isonoe glass mats

Have just received the Isonoe glass mats from a friend. One side is clear, the other opaque. Is their a preferred/proper way round for the Isonoe feet to sit on the glass mats? as he doesn't know.

Good question. I don't know lol.

I use them frosted side up.
