Hi all,
Long time no see! I have been very busy recently sorting out the EHP-O2 portable headphone amp. It has been designed to offer the best objective performance and specifications possible in its class. This is achieved in part by using components which have been very carefully selected to give the best results.
The unit has:
* 1 x 3.5mm input jack
* 1 x 3.5mm output jack
* A gain switch for selecting gain depending on the headphones you are using
* A power inlet to charge the batteries or run the amp off of a wall wart. The EHP-O2 comes with a suitable AC-AC power supply.
Tech specs (which quite frankly speak for themselves!):
* THD @ 1kHz: 0.0017%
* Noise level (ref 400mV): -105dB
* IMD: 0.001%
* Power output @ 33Ω : 641mW
* Crosstalk: 65dB
* Channel balance 0.6dB
* Battery life: 8 hours
* Price: £100 + shipping
The amplifier comes in a black enclosure with a screen printed front panel. No piccies of a completed unit yet although I do have a pic of an amp with no front panel:

PCBs are available for any DIYers out there who want to have a crack at building a unit themselves. They are available for £5 a pop + shipping.
I am ready to begin the manufacturing process so there will only be about 1 months wait before your amplifier is ready to ship. Upon placing an order, it will be necessary to pay a £50 deposit to help cover manufacturing costs and the remaining balance will be payable once your EHP-O2 is ready to ship.
