I seem to have read through the welcome email too quickly and missed this basic step ......... and tread on a few toes already.......sorry :o :sorry:
I have spent the past few years listening to indie off the computer via squeezebox and sonos systems as it provided a convenient route until I rediscovered my vinyl collection that had gone into storage, along with an old 1980's Linn LP12
otherwise the rest consists of Krell based cd,amplification into Sonus Faber Amati speakers , with the Sonos feeding Spendor BC1s
I had spent some months reading and listening to various turntables and had jumped on the opportunity of the Garrard 401 on this site, thus my rush over the rules , for which once again i apologise
i'll get back to reading through the " stickies" , :read::read: just in case

Hi Danuta, we all make mistakes fella so don't kick yourself too hard ;) Welcome to AoS anyway! I guess it was only time before i saw another Krell CDP on here, though i remember Jerry had one for a while
All the best & i hope you enjoy your stay
Hi Danuta and welcome to AoS. Nice system there - which Krell amp are you running?

I'm using the Fpb 700cx krell as it took up less space than the mono ones that it replaced
I'll go and look up the model numbers that I have collected over the years, that I could not bear to part with and see if I can match your list ;)

Welcome to AOS.
Nice system, a few photos would be nice to look at if you feel like posting them in the forums gallery section.
Thank you for your post here, much appreciated :)

Nice to see you here, welcome to the forum and enjoy! :)

Yes, those Krell FPBs epitomise effortless power delivery :)
Ello :)
I remember driving an FPB300 (the baby one :)) into some £70 Denon/Mission speakers once for a giggle. I wasn't giggling once I'd listened to the combination - those speakers could have been a grand and I wouldn't have complained....
One big Krell I have nothing but admiration for and available for not so much dosh now they're ten years or more old..

Yup - I had a Krell KPS25S for a very short while.
A truly stunning piece of kit .... but sadly it developed a fault very shortly after I bought it from a forum member. He took it back and had it repaired, but I never got around to buying it from him again - I'd moved on by then, I guess!
