Beatles USB question

Hi all,

I purchased my Beatles Apple usb last week for my birthday. Noticed that the FLAC version of Rubber soul is missing its ID3/Metadata tags. Does anyone else have this is issue ? Is it worth sending back ? Also are there still only 30,000 out there ?
BTW music sounds amazing on my Linn DS Sneaky and the tags were easily fixed just nice to have it perfect.
