FS: Pro-Ject RPM4 Turntable c/w Ortofon 510 MKII Cart

For sale an unmarked Pro-Ject RPM4 turntable - a very stylish (high WAF factor!) and great performing turntable, complete with the highly regarded Pro-Ject 9 tonearm and low-use cartridge - everything there to get you going on vinyl. Only selling as I never use it (3 other turntables) and want to reinvest in my main system. Paid around £500 new for this I think in 2003.

It really is like new apart from some free audiophile dust! (Any marks you can see on the photos (particularly the ones on the arm) are just a trick of the light.) Comes complete with the original cables and "cake stand" dust cover.

Would much prefer collection or possible delivery/meet on this, as I don't have the original inner packaging, but could post if necessary, subject to discussion first.

The last one in this condition with this cartridge went on eBay for £250 - offered here first at £175.

Bloody 'ell Alex, the 510 goes for £50 or so on it's own..

That arm is also supplied by Linn I believe on their Basik Majik Sondek LP12 I believe.

Thats a great TT Alex and the price is a no brainer. The arm is a superb arm and I love that cart too... One of my faves for the money.

I don't think you need any luck Alex... lol - This will sell and make someone very happy!
