Wanted MC Cartridge

Has anyone got a cheapo MC cartridge for sale or for hire for a few weeks please, my main TT is away and my pre-amps phono stage only accepts MC's. Of course I will pay for the hire of one if anyone is kind enough to lend it me till after the Whittlebury show?

It will be going on my SME309.

You could try what I did for a short while a few months ago. If you're suitably equipped and also have a SUT, you could put it in reverse gear by wiring it up backwards. It worked a treat for me.

I don't have a sut mate, simply wanted to loan or borrow an MC that's all. Bought one now goldring eroica, thx for replying anway.
