Hi to everyone here. I found this forum after searching for information on a pair of Bolivar 125 speakers that I have been given. Another member, Mothman, has done an excellent repair to a pair of these and I'm hoping to do the same to mine. I think I've now found a supplier for a foam repair kit. When they're all done, I'll let everyone know how good (or bad) they sound. I'll be listening to my favourite band Talking Heads, to test them.

Hey Chris. I like all kinds of stuff from the 60's to the present day. Particularly Bowie, Bolan, Elvis Costello, Dave Edmunds, The Jam, The HIves, The Vaccines, The Ramones, the list goes on and on. As far as equipment, all my old separates are long gone but I recently acquired a Sansui belt drive turntable. It's mint and plays really well. I put it through the 'audio in' ona new Sony DAB mini system via a small pre-amp. A good mixture of the old and the new. I have a Bose 3-2-1 system hooked up to the TV and CD's sound amazing through that.
