Hi all
I have been nudged to introduce myself properly: apologies for not so doing earlier
I live in sunny Derbyshire, on the edge of the Peak National Park (a great place for cycling!) where I have given home to some great hifi kit
Other than cycling, I have a passion for eclectic music, including that most fine instrument called the great highland bagpipe. Needless to say, audio reproduction of the latter requires a full range system with lots of volume!
Sources are predominantly CD (Proceed transport with Chevron Audio Dac), and turntable (Avid Volvere/SMEV/VdH Colibri) but also occasionally Nakamichi CR7 and Apple Mac
Sources get played through Pass Labs amplification and Genesis 350 speakers (w upgraded ribbons, crossovers and cables), all powered through a PS Audio PowerPlant
Delighted to emeet you all and looking forward to audio (and other) natter
David
