A Very important notice .....
A Company in Italy is currently under cease and desist orders from us at ONIXDNA Ltd. To stop promoting or selling ONIX, they are ignoring the orders.
The trade mark ONIX is owned by ONIXDNA in all Member states of the EU and the Chinese made Onix with the Itallion distributors are NOT part of the Original ONIX that they portray to be. They are using our history as a sales promotion ..They have no heritage with the original ONIX started in 1984, not 1979 as they state, and in the EU they have no right to use the name ONIX on any branded product in class 9 as specified by the CTM below.

We offered a solution but they continue to ignore the status of our trade mark and saw fit to continue promoting ONIX with no right to do so , as such we have no alternative and are using all legal options, and all governing bodies to enforce the trade mark infringment taking place .
It must be made clear that this is being pursued by us, but they are choosing to ignore it. Ultimately even as these things take time, both legally and via enforcement a satisfactory conclusion will be pursued.
The only ONIX product with a History of the original UK ONIX is product produced and made by ONIXDNA, ltd , we do NOT make product in China .
We will protect our name with all the legal ramification available to us
Onix DNA will be launching a new range in 2012 . We will not accept this blatent disregard of our name and use of our reputation, and feel that this confusion must be made public.
