Streaming music from one PC to another

I would like to play music on one PC, and at the same time stream it wireless to another PC. So basically I want both computers to play the same tunes at the same time.
I use Mediamonkey, which has an addon called subsonic that is supposed to do what I need. But I just can't get to grips with setting it all up.
Anyone has some alternatives solutions on how to get the two computers connected up?
