Since moving to EE gear myself I was looking at the BBA device that they do, which can be connected between my Young Dac and EE M88 amp. I was wondering what the box would do if anything seeing as I already have an EE amp
Any help much appreciated
Cheers

It's a valve buffer Lee. Not much use between your Young and EE amp. Don't waste your money.
Hi lee,
I use one of these as a single imput pre amp and find it excels as such. I don't fully undersand applications between other bits of kit to be honest, perhaps others here have experience of this ?
I was particularly drawn to it as I swap about vintage amps. and the adjustable gain really helps out, especially when using the Leaks which have a very high output sensitivity. I notice the new EE pre amp has one of these, but it's around £1.5k, so off the radar really.
I'll say again though, a wonderful little pre amp. I changed the stock valves in mine for Mullards. I mean you would wouldn't you ?!
