Are the Mullards ecc88 or e88cc? Do you know year of manufacture?

Where did you get them from?

Hi, they are marked as ECC88 and the date is unknown, they come from a company called CVC I believe, they have their original blue boxes, white writing on one side of the box and red on the other, the boxes have stickers on saying matched pair, I bought a valve integrated to use them in and sold it before I got a chance too to fund a set of speakers.

ive got a unico amp and cd player which i love, but the cd player's "gone off".cant listen to a single track all the way through any more.only thing i can think of is the tubes need replacing. do you still have a pair of mullard ecc82 for sale?
i've never changed tubes(probably kill myself) but if it works will look to change the pair on the amp as well.
look forward to hearing from you

Hi there Steve,
It's kind of expected that new member should introduce themselves to the community by starting a thread in the Welcome section before they start posting into other areas of the site. We certainly expect this as a bare minimum before you begin entering into sales/wants type business.
With this in mind, would you please do this as was requested when you signed on?
Tell us a little about yourself, your system & your taste in music - it's the best way to be sure of a warm welcome.
Thanks a lot

Hi Steve

As already asked, just drop a quick hello in the welcome area, it's always interesting to hear about people's kit and a little about themselves and then by all means of course I can sell u a pair of 82s I still have pairs left.

All the best mate
Dan
