"Harrods grants Dixons a five-year concession to set up a 'sound and vision technology department' in its Knightsbridge store"
As a retailer myself I'm at a loss to figure out what Dixons feel they can offer that all the previous incumbents there were unable to. These include Linn and Steinway/Lyngdorf

They could start with better salesmen than the previous consession Micro Anvika. Poor salesmen and rude. Ended up with a 32 bit computer when i wanted 64.
I take it Linn haven't been in Harrods for a good while then?

Indeed. And as I understand it, they didn't have a good time of it either.

That's your fault. Not theirs.

Hi Colin. I think what Ian is trying to say is that you went into the shop knowing you wanted a 64 bit PC, yet you came out with a 32 bit one. What may not have been explained however is that maybe you were lied to, or that what you meant to say was that you 'needed' a 64 bit machine, but didn't know it, yet you were sold a 32 bit machine by the salesman. I am sure Ian meant no offense. I hope I have made sense there btw..
