Hi
Need some help.
Can a Croft Series 7r, do a good job with the Tannoy monitor gold 15"
Or must i go for two Croft mono amp ?
I think the tannoy is very hard to drive.
Hope some can help

With 95Db/W sensitivity & a relatively simple 12DB/octave crossover the Tannoys should be fairly easy to drive imo. A few Watts is going to make rather a lot of sound :eyebrows:

Indeed! And from personal experience, I can confirm it, especially in my case, with 50W of Class A valve power up them!! 'Visceral' doesn't even begin to describe it...! :eyebrows: :eek:

Jan, worry not, the Croft 7R should be fine, and in fact, a rather nice match! :)

The Croft Series 7 and 7R will work very well with Tannoy DC's of any description.
