Hello from a new member.

Luckily I have been married to someone (Peter Belt) who has been involved in audio for over 57 years because I love both listening to music and playing music (the piano). I also have been involved professionally in the audio industry ever since Peter built his first Mullard 510 valve amplifier and have been involved in audio since the time of valves only (before transistors) and mono only (before stereo). This involvement has been in Hi Fi Retailing, through to design and manufacturing of Hi Fi equipment.

Regarding my taste in music. I lean towards classical music, including operas, and, regarding ‘popular’ music, whichever category Gilbert and Sullivan comes under, count me in !!! :)

I hope, from all my experiences, I can contribute to the Forum.

Hi May, and welcome to the forum. Thanks for the introduction - you certainly have a lot of experience by the look of it.

We have plenty of classical music fans, though if I'm honest I don't recall anyone mentioning Gilbert & Sullivan before - but I am sure there are plenty of members who enjoy them too.

Yes, Darren. Rupert Sheldrake’s concept of “linkage by what he calls Morphic Resonance” was the only concept which could explain some of what we had been discovering.
