Seeing the mention of Tascam CDRWs on the analogue board (maybe blank canvas) has made me wonder about SPDIF pass through. I use SPDIF (both coax and optical) to drive my Caiman, but could I also put a CDRW in the chain somehow? There are optical splitters which might help, though they might just ruin everything!
Do most SPDIF devices only have one input or output i.e. not normally possible to daisy chain them?
Probably won't do anything about this, but the question just popped into my head and I thought it worth checking.
