Alex UK joins the team!

Guys,

As you know, from time to time, we reward the regular and most dedicated members of our community by giving them a position within the management team, and with it, a chance to shape the future of AoS.

We would therefore like to welcome on board Alex UK. Alex is an established and very popular member of AoS, who we believe will be a valuable addition to the team, and whose input will no doubt make AoS an even friendlier and enjoyable place to be.

We have also decided to move from using the term 'Moderator', as the title for members of the management team, and replace it instead with 'Forum Leader'.

This was decided as we appoint people to the team not because we need another moderator (in the normal sense of the word), but rather that it is simply a way of giving the most regular and dedicated members of our community a voice in terms of how AoS develops and evolves in future.

It was therefore felt that the term 'Forum Leader' better encapsulated the nature of the role, although of course all 'Forum Leaders' also have the same permissions as 'Supermoderators'.

So please give your support to, and welcome on board, Alex! :cool:
