I have a brand new, still sealed, Philips CDM-1 laser. Part number is 4822 A1 691 30123.

It is as rare as gold teeth, and highly priced on eBay when they show up.
But fitting one of these requires prior knowledge of how to replace one successfully. So no matter how desperate you need one, unless you are a skilled CD repair technician or engineer who is likely to have replaced one of these before, and who observes anti-static precautions as if your life depends on it, this item is not for you. It's one of these items that will fail if not correctly installed first time round.
So you have been warned.
Someone asked me for this item before, but I can't remember who it was. I'll give priority to the person if he responds to this post, or sends me a PM AND I acknowledge that it is the right perosn.
I am looking for P&P and cost of a decent bottle of rum (see the Waitrose rum selection of the type I drink :eyebrows:).
