In the shop window today is my Meridian 203 DAC 7. It’s in truly excellent cosmetic condition and full working order. I’ve copied my sales pitch below. I’m advertising this elsewhere, at above the average market price because it looks brand new, for £170. The extra cash would go towards a sexy Mark Grant 75 ohm coaxial cable for my new DAC. However, I will sell it to a fellow AoS member for £140 plus postage. ‘Ows that?

For private sale is my MERIDIAN 203 Digital to Analogue Convertor.
This is the DAC 7 bitstream version of the 203. It was introduced into the 200 series in the early 1990s. Digital inputs are via 75ohm coaxial or optical EIAJ sockets. Analogue audio output is RCA phono.
The unit is in excellent cosmetic condition and full working order.
The DAC is from a smoke and pet free home. It has operated faultlessly in my ownership. The superb condition can be seen in the photographs, particularly the polished, unmarked glass facia.
Included in the sale is a standard IEC mains cable (C13 to UK three pin plug) and the original Meridian packaging.
The DAC has four pads on the underside which are very sticky. These locate the unit well but care must be taken not to leave residue on the supporting surface.
The postage charge of £25 covers express, insured (against loss) courier delivery to mainland UK in a double box. Alternatively, collection in person is offered from Cardiff, during office hours only, by prior arrangement. Thanks.
