Speaker seal

Hi, I need to fix a Speaker Baffle to a larger Baffle and want an Airtight
seal, but this must be reversable. The Baffles will be joined together with
Bolts and T nuts and I need a seal that will compress between the two
Any suggestions, thanks

cleanly, Rubber or something a few mills thick

Neoprene or sound isolation rubber or EPDM sheeting ?
