Hi all

My name is Dave Mawby. I live in Conwy. My system is Audio Innovations Series 500, Impulse H2 speakers and my new baby - Arcam CD37 CD player. My music tastes are eclectic, covering rock, blues, Jazz and classical. Amongst my favouriets are - Frank Zappa, Pink Floyd, Soft Machine, Third Ear Band, Bob Dylan and the Bonzos.

Hi Dave, welcome to AoS :) There are a few Zappa fans on here & no doubt plenty of the others you mention come to that, you should fit in a treat fella!

Would be nice to see some pics of your kit in the gallery at some stage, i have often heard mention of Impulse horns, but i can't recall ever seeing a pic of any? :scratch:

Welcome to AoS. I didn't think you would actually join. But I'm glad you have.) :)

There are plenty of people here who share you unique tastes in music (not just me): Nick (Beechwoods) is as you know a big fan of Pink Floyd, Soft Machine and The Third Ear Band. And most members here like some jazz, rock, pop and classical. Oh and we have another member (Chris, The Grand Wazoo) who has a passing interest in Zappa (!) ;)

We don't just talk about music and audio here; there are other threads that might interest you: one on cheese and another on wine beer and spirits.

And Marco likes to talk about frocks and high heel shoes. :rolleyes:
