You don't just buy goodies at the car boot...you meet people, including a very nice guy with an interesting vintage system, who swapped this boat anchor drive unit for a boat anchor Yamaha cd player I wasn't using.
Anyway, it looks to be a stonking driver, 15 inch, in great condition, and I'd really like to pair it up, build cabinets - Klipschhorns possibly - and generally reinstate it in a system reflecting its undoubted greatness.
Any leads, pointers, or sources for another similar driver very gratefully recieved, HAS to be a G suffix - there are huge differences from earlier models.
Also any members experience with this driver, and/or projects realised?
Would be fascinated to hear of anything.
