I have a new and unopened Windows 7 Home Premium in it's box. It says on the box ' 32 and 64 bit discs inside'. I bought this for approx £120 but will take £60 plus postage.

Dave, if it's not an upgrade package and does not require a previous version of Windows for installation, I would like it :)
