Don't get me wrong, that part of the sale is fantastic - I'm just amazed anyone would want the hat that much, as I bet the buyer isn't that motivated by where the money is going, they just want the hat IMO?

Seems that viewing the listing was only available to registered bidders towards the end. But it went for £81,100.01.
