Italy is the best bet.

Be Yamamura lived in Italy for a while and the ART company was Italian. There was very little ART gear sold over here because people didn't understand it and the cost.

Thing is, once you have Yamamura products, you want to keep hold of them.

I have a couple of currently unused / unloved Yamamura 6000 speaker leads (about an inch thick, blue cotton clad) and I can vouch for what others have said, they are wondrous things...
- BUT they are unused because they are only about a foot long ! They were used when I had a pair of Pye HF12 amps used as monoblocks, and I haven't done the monoblock thing for about 10 years.

I was told that the PHY speaker cables are as good but IMO they aren't. Wish Yam still made them, I'd buy a long pair if I could get my hands on them !
