Hi Philip, maybe one of the more oblique introductions we've had in a while! ;)

Just checking, but you do know this is a hifi forum? A load of old gits that obsess about boxes of electronics, the bits of wire that stitch them all together, and sometimes we even play music through them! Do you have any of those strange devices, and if so, what sort of music do you like to play? :)

Nice "spice weasel", by the way - must confess I had to resort to google, so I'm assuming it is a Futurama reference as used in Neptunian cooking - thank goodness you didn't pull something from Uranus for your avatar! ;)

Yeah loads or uranus jokes ; the starship enterprisr springs to mind lol.

The music I like is dad-rock, dance and indie. Obscure singer/songwriter stuff you hear at hifi shows like Antonio Foreskin on Naim's label puts me to sleep; ambient guff.

Hi Martin, and Neil, I use Marantz/Arcam cd players, McIntosh Labs amp and Art speakers. Though most of the music comes from the Technics midi system lol
