Hello I am Richard in south of France. I'm a fan of audio
since the age of my 15 years. I am 36 years old now. I am especially a fan of DIY in loudspeakers and modest electronics. I went through
much progress on a lot of material from the stereo equipment
to Pro, JBL 4430, Martin Logan CLS, Klipsch RF5, Dynaudio Micron. I had
also ML6A Mark Lev, a Krell KSA 80, Jadis DPL preamplifier, Quicksilver mono tube
block, Stax Lambda Pro Signature, Akg k242.

My new system consists of a turntable audio linear TD 4001 with SME arm. I'm sort active amplification with an amplifier Atoll Am 50 in acute. Creek in a medium and a modified Thomann Studio in the bass . My DAC, A Sony DASR1. All on a PC with SPDIF cplay player asio released in a sound card ASUS ST essence. My new DIY loudspeakers system is a line array like genesis loudspeaker with 10 Hiviresearch isodynamics tweeter, (5 left 5 right) 8 Scanspeak D75mx41 dome medium and 8 Seas CA21 rex woofer.

My musical tastes range from Alan Parson, Steve Reich through
Mahler, Johann Sebastian Bach, Earth Wind and Fire, Toto, Miles Davis,
Marcus Miller and the Hard Bop! I have a devotion to the piano
Classical and Jazz.

I'm a fan of Clara Haskill, Henry Mancini, John Barry
and all jazz piano player. All vinyl Led Zeppelin. My
favorite rock albums are No Quarter (Plant, Page) TOTO Hydra,
Surfin'usa Beach Boys.

In the classic music :21st Mozart, Stravinsky's Firebird, Camille Saint Saens also and Some German italian opera. ( Die Zauberflote, Tosca,) and i like classical new music. John Adams, Steve Reich and other....

In jazz: Blues & Abstract Truth Oliver Nelson, The Jazz Messenger
Moanin, all John Coltrane and Miles Davis.

Motown music also. (Monsieur Steve Wonder.EAW and all vocal blues gospel)

Im a big fan of Dead can Dance and Brendan Perry.

My favorite instrument is the classical piano but im in love with dobro sound guitar and LEs paul Studio.

And like all the French I am the best cook in the world :lolsign:

That’s quite a selection of kit. I’m interested in your DIY speaker project.
I’m with you regarding Dead Can Dance.

Really nice system (any chance of some photos for the gallery section of the forum?) Love Dead Can Dance myself and I am a big fan of Mylene Farmer :)

Welcome to The Art of Sound.
I presume when you joined that you saw the clause in the rules of the forum that says owners of ML6A's must hand over their pre-amps to me at the door?
That's a nice mixture of equipment you have there, and I see that there is a line of people forming to see your speakers.
