Hello everyone,
during my research for a Beresford DAC I found this forum and read interesting things since then. So I thought, why not register? So here I am.
I am currently upgrading my system to something "serious", at least for my past.
Basically it's just Sonos, a NAD C326BEE and a pair of KEF IQ70. I never had anything sounding so good before, so I'm looking forward to what's to come.
:)
Ah: I am from Berlin, that tiny little village in Germany.

Hi Robert, welcome to AoS. Glad to see you're enjoying your system. Looks like you will be heading along the upgrade path, then... all very addictive getting the best sound you can for your budget. :)
What sort of music do you like?
Enjoy the forum. :)

Hi Robert, welcome to AoS :) That little village of yours has been the inspiration for some superb music, trance was born there, besides which i have purchased quite a few CDs from an English guy that works in your village via ebay ;) Quite a well known village if i do say so myself :eyebrows:
Now that you have found us i do hope you enjoy your stay

You are oh so kindly :)
I just ordered the new Beresford Caiman SEG and will hopefully take part in any upcoming discussions.
For my taste in music...I am still growing up. I use to enjoy Porcupine Tree, Pink Floyd and the likes and have a feeling that with my new stereo system I might also dwindle away into the fuzzy waves of jazz music.
Everybody enjoy your weekend!
Hello Robert :)

Oh dear, I do hope AoS doesn’t turn you into one the earnest pipe smoking jazz enthusiasts :(
I can’t see anything wrong with your current musical taste……maybe a bit of hip hop needed and of course some funk ;)
Really you don’t have to be boring if you get into valves…..you can still rock and roll
I see you’ve jumped in with both feet so I’ll just pass on my good wishes.
Pssst, keep away from audiophiles; they’ll only cost you money.
