That's great Mark!
I had some pigs (not boars though) put into some woodland I managed some years ago in order to clear vegetation, fertilise and rotovate all in one go. They did a brilliant job. Apart from the grunting, the biggest part of the noise is actually from the stones that they keep in their mouths to help grind the food.

Afraid the only experience I have of wild boar is their taste! They are rather good to eat.

By coincidence dinner tonight was grilled wild boar and apple sausages, boiled potatoes, carrots and baby sweetcorn, steamed cabbage, leek, red pepper and sugar-snap peas. All washed down with a 2009 Bodegas Primicia Rioja.

Is this "thread crapping"? If so then I apologise.
