For sale is a boxed mint example of this famous amp ....

As far as I can tell its a mk1 ...without opening it up and checking the output devices . This as you can see from the phot is in pristine condition ...except for two small dings in the wooden case. You can see them along the top right edge. I've had the amp up and running and its quiet on all its control operations ...no noise pots or switches. The down side is the use of non standard rca sockets ...that require slightly longer centre pins. I was able to use a set of standard ic's ....but another set tried didn't work.
[note]
Andre thinks it could be a mk11. if this is the case please ignore the info about obselete output devices. as ststed below, but it will take a few day to confirm this .

here's a review of the amp

for those worried about the obsolete output devices ...here's an article to use modern devices

http://www.morphet.org.uk/ferro/f307upgrade.html

the amp comes with
speaker connection adaptors [flat and pin to chock block!] and has its original mains lead ...three pin to bulgin plug

here are a couple of photos

This is part of a cornucopia of hifi that a mate's uncle had collected over the last 40 years .....sadly he is terminally ill and is now in long term care. As such his house has been cleared and sold to cover the care costs.

Due to the superb condition of this amp I don't think it unreasonable to ask £75.00 ono plus any postage

if you need more info please contact me ...though as previously stated the amp is not in my possession and will take a couple of days to arrange collection or inspection.

The cabinet looks like MK.II! Do you have the units number? if it's 2,000 onwards it's indeed a Mk.II
