Hello from North Northumberland

Hi this is Adrian from North Northumberland... I am just getting back into HiFi. I have always mixed the old with the new. I have a Luxman PD131 direct drive turntable with an SME Series 111 mk2 arm and Grado Prestige Gold cartridge, linked to a Musical Fidelity X-LP, X-Pre-Amap, X-A50s power amps through a set of Rogers LS3A speakers. I have recently purchased a Vortexbox NAS which now houses my CD collection in flac format which drives my Squeeezebox Touch through a Beresford Caiman gator DAC. I also listen through my Grado SR60i head phones. I am in the market for some decent floorstand speakers.

Hi Adrian, welcome to AoS & cheers for the introduction :) From what you have said it sounds like you have some nice kit there, i'm sure we'll be able to help out on the loudspeaker front if we have a bit more of an idea what you are looking for & possibly your musical tastes?
