Just wondering how much effort fellow AOS members put into their listening portals.
After all we spend thousands on a system to listen to but on what do we place the ol' derriere to enjoy said system?
I sit/lounge/sprawl/collapse on the chesterfield shown below. A friend aquired it from another friend and when he had no room for it I bagged it for free!
Its about 20 years old and as comfortable as sinking back into an old wife.
It's in perfect order for its age with no tears or buttons missing.
Being a 3 seater you can listen with a mate and still have room for a goodly tray of tuck. Hurrah...

This is the most comfortable sofa I have ever owned, squishy as hell and just wonderful. I can stretch right out on too, I love it :)
Just waiting for the day I spill red wine on, hasn't happened yet . . . but that's it, I just jinxed it

The fucking funniest thing I've ever read on a forum! Nice one Marco

Goodness! I've already had one member accuse me of being lackadaisical and not dilegent enough regarding this sort of humour. What's a guy to do?
But to return to the low level of humour that manifests itself here after midnight - yes, that is one advantage of leather upholstery. :eyebrows:
What is it about men, music and leather :eyebrows:
I have a 2 seater black leather sofa in my den. I suppose it's good they are "wipe-clean"

We have a black leather sofa too
:sofa:

“I must not drink and post”)

I would love a leather settee but so would the cat. In fact I would love any settee that is cat scratch proof.

Sofas do seem to be the preference over lounge chairs. But then again so do black men's willies!
Maybe I should I should have started a thread about sex during the listening experience?
Tsk Tsk, Sex and music????
Are you related to the "Walrus of Love" ????
Now the hilarity is over (:eyebrows:) could we please have some more pics of people's chosen 'arse seats' for listening to music?
Churz!
Marco.
My fat a$$ sits on the left - you can see the seat has started to collapse. No nasty stains though - always some baby wipes to hand in our house! :eyebrows:

No rumpy here unfortunately. Rumpy doesn't require high fidelity audio reproduction. We make our own music

At least you can't say I didn't try to be part of this forum.
Perhaps it would have been different had I owned a valve amp or a Technics deck.

Dave,
I think you have become part of this forum.
Plenty of us don't have Technics TT's or valve amps. What's happened?

Dave,
I think you have become part of this forum.
Threads like this are just like one big group hug
:grouphug:
Dave you are part of AOS.
Nearly all of us have unique systems here I rarely posts about valve amps and do not have a Techinics or Caiman
Maybe I should I should have started a thread about sex during the listening experience?
Probably - then it would've been guaranted to have stayed on-topic!!
Marco.
