Hello fellows,

I'm about to give away my hard-earned in return for two albums on vinyl.
I'm hoping that some of you may have first-hand (first-ear?) experience and will be able to assist with the query below.

i) I have to decide between Hoodoo Man Blues by Junior Wells, either on Delmark DS612 which is a 33rpm re-issue or on Analogue Productions AAPB 034-45 which is a 45rpm twin disc re-issue. Both are on 180 gram black stuff. The 45rpm re-issue is considerably more expensive. Has anyone heard either of these repressings? Your comments on the relative sound quality of either are welcome.

ii) I'm also grinding the gears between gambling on an original stereo pressing of the Paul Butterfield Blues Band's East-West (Elektra EKS 7315) or taking the Sundazed re-issue, LP 5096.
Has anyone heard the Sundazed repressing of this classic? Is the sound quality comparable to the original?

Yours hopefully...
