Well, you know me - get something, enjoy it for a while and them move on to something different. :mental::lol:

Yep, I think that review by DP is pretty much spot on. You don't have to read too far between the lines to realise that it's not a player that is likely to find favour with the Pipe & Slipper Brigade. Smooth, sumptuous billows of dynamically restrained tones are not forthcoming!
Very precise, detailed and stop/start dynamic, but with a nicely deep and wide soundstage thrown in for good measure. If that's your sort of sound, and you can accommodate a top loader, then it's a good'un.

.... sadly, the purchase of the Cayin kit did not happen, so I've been having a fine time playing with other kit instead! :)
