ah well ... its about time my sansui got a decent feed and pride of place in the lounge ... Happy days!

It will make quite a difference to performance and sound quality.

Did you get your freeview done at the same time?
Im still sitting on the fence, might have to spend £150 and end up moving a year down the road.

It has Neil ... It's nothing special the aerial mind!
But the tuner is in the lounge now .. I have even moved all of av kit away from the hifi which seems o have made a difference to the sound ... Which is always a bonus!


Yes Colin got the freeview done ... New aerial there too ... And it's been split in to the bed room and living room ... The picture even on a previously well tuned channel looks better ... But I think that might just be in my head ... :)

At least now you wont get any bockys or drop outs on your picture.
I would imagine there will be very little FM hiss now to.

Looks good. Didnt realize you still have a wibbly wobbly rack. I still have to sell mine.

Yeah, I sold the acrylic n silver one ... Kept this one as its so incredibly good at isolating the turntable on the wobbly floor .. Now it's in the fireplace it's not so much of an issue ... But when it was on the wooden floor it seemed to take the issue of skipping whilst walking around the loung away completely!

Impressive isolation! I might have re evaluate wether its worth selling.

I think it just works well with a suspended floor ..
I'm sure the is loads of "audiophile" stuff about how it isolates from micro vibration or somthing ... But for me it made a lot of sence as it takes the force out of a jolt to the floor by turning it to a gentle sway ... And that's what counts on a suspended floor that visible moves when the cat jumps off the sofa!
