Advice on best solution for creating web site

Hi
I am looking for a package that must be easy to use I do not want to learn HTML at this stage
Here are some basic requirements
Should be able to upload 3 video clips Max max 2 min in length each
Able to upload power point presentations
Able to link into Paypal
Room for expension in the future
It will be used for two purposes
1) To set up my own site to go to social providers It will be a combination of good practise ideas, celebrating peoples stories and promoting myself as a Consultant in my area of work (i do expect to get a lot of work from this but if the site is interesting and useful enough then I might get the odd bit of work from it
2) To set up a web site for sports based project for people with learning disabilities It will share stories Be a beacon of good practise and will be used to create buisness It will operate on a few fronts a) Promote the service b) Sale/Advertise activities c) Develop the concept of the project across the country
In the future it might have its forum, but will have it own links into Twitter facebook etc to promote the work

You could use our system ... We haven't launched it yet but we are about to... :)
Or you could try somthin like wordpress which is fairly easy to use, but is a little difficult to make not look like a "blog" - although possible ...
Wordpress has the potential to be very cheap ... Especially if you can find the time and patience to build the site - no code just let's of settings
The you just need someone to host it ...

If your looking at building it your self it's a steep learning curve, which ever way you do it ...
