    Exclamation Attention all new members

Hi and welcome to the forum,

We would like to advise all new members that the procedure for joining AOS is now as follows:

    1) After registering, new members should post in the welcome area, briefly introducing themselves and the system they use and what music they like. First names should be provided along with basic location details such as 'Manchester UK', or whatever.

    2) You will then be asked to post pictures of your system, if you can and if available, in The Gallery.

    3) Everyone should post at least once when joining - we're sorry but no 'anonymous' people can be allowed to remain as members.

    4) We're sorry, but anyone who hasn't complied with the above within an allotted time by Admin will have their accounts terminated. This includes current members who haven't posted yet. If you qualify as such, you will be contacted by a member of Admin.

We feel this makes for a friendlier and more informative forum, where members at least know some basic details about each other and can interact on a proper first name basis.

Thank you in advance for your co-operation

    Marco.

    I'm Nick.

Default Please say Hello in the Welcome area before Private Messaging!

In addition to Marco's guide above, can all new users please refrain from Private Messaging until they have introduced themselves in the Welcome area or Gallery.

Private Messaging immediately after new account activation is likely to set the 'possible spammer' alarm off and your rights to post and message may be suspended while we ascertain that you're one of the good guys

Many thanks for your help and support!
