get your show report written first! I didn't get to see/hear as much of it as I'd have liked so I'll be interested to read about what you made of it as a show and as a venue.

before it fades from the memory... !

Even though I've got over 10,000 posts, real life does get in the way sometimes

Surely, this doesn't take into account the newer members (like me) who could be prolific but have only been members for a few months.

As a fellow newbie, relatively speaking, even though I appear on the list, I agree that this crude calculation is unfair. A much fairer way of doing it is to set a minimum no. of posts and, for those that exceed this number, rather than count the number of posts, calculate the average number of words per post - much fairer.
As Dave Cawley is apparently having a quiet day I volunteer him for the task - should keep him out of mischief for a while .
    Cheers,
    DaveK.

    My System:
Power: Belkin PF40, Custom.hifi.cables Hydra and DC PSUs.
Sources: Self built HTPC with Xonar ST sound card, NAD T585 multi disc player, Sony BDP-S350, Squeezebox Touch, Techncs SL1210 (mod'd) + Nagaoka MP30, Thomson Sky HD box.
    Amps etc.: 2 x Mini-T amps, MF-X10D Valve buffer clone, StanDAC 7520/Caiman (mod'd).
Speakers: Mission 774s with added super tweeters
Cables: best I can afford and likely to change except Homar's RF attenuated co-ax's and Mark Grant USB and HDMI cables. I also like silver i/cs and speaker cable.
