It should not, as the customs documentation they could have used was still intact on the Parcel.
Normally, you have to pay before you get the goods here in France. They are quite efficient, as you receive an e-mail.
My package spent less than two hours in customs.
Anyway, the neo SAS is plugged in, and currently on duty. It sounds more HiFi at the moment, but it probably needs time to break in.
