Chilly and cloudy as usual. We have a nice day followed by a week of cr*p. Spent the afternoon building a Linn LP12 from scratch for a customer. At least I was in the warm.

Never mind Dave. Summer is not too far away.

Then you can enjoy the excessive heat, sticking to the bedclothes at night and sweating every time you do anything even remotely demanding and there'll be plenty of that, 'cos the garden will need doing and then you'll get sunburnt.

You won't be too sure about wearing that teeshirt, 'cos the waistline is getting out of control again.

And of course the roads will be crowded with traffic any sunny weekend day.

Then there's the hayfever, with the sneezing and watering eyes and the wasps and ants that'll bite or sting given half a chance.

I'd stick to tinkering with LP12's if I were you mate!

Tipping down. Heavy cloud; cloud at ground level in fact but I am 500 ft above sea level here so that does happen. Mild for January, though.

Yeah we should all move down to Cornwall. Seems like they get tropical air and 13 degrees when the rest of us battle on with winter.

Southern softies!...Its grim up north. Hit The North!
